hi doc ,my baby is 1 yr 2m old.he was bite ing while breastfeeding, can I use nipple shield,is it safe are not,can you please suggest me....

there is no problem in using nipple shield while giving breastfeeding. it is important to maintain hygiene of the nipple shield with proper cleaning as well as sterilization. if the mother and the child is comfortable and the growth of the child is proper then you can continue to use it
