Hi doc, My baby is 1 month old. He is in front of mobile( family video call) for an average 15 min a day. Please tell me is there any side effect of harmful rays on his health or side effect on his eyes due to screen?? Thanks for your reply in advance.

Hi Mom Better to avoid screen time as baby’s eye muscle are still developing No need to worry Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding
