Q.

Hi doc, Mom of 2month baby,i had c sec delivery and when can i start physical excerise and how much time to get rest &now I don’t have any pains but I totally lost my strength that’s why what can i start means walk,yoga can anyone tell about this,how much time to take complete rest or when to start

A. After After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months

A. You can I have your physical relationship after 8 to 10 weeks of your delivery if you are comfortable then you can go ahead with that secondly it’s important for you to go Keagle exercises I don’t know what are your doctor suggested or not also take Iron multivitamin calcium and omega 3 for 6 to 12 months that’s going to be helpful for you to resume your strength
