#AskTheExpert hello dr... I had c sec delivery on January 9,2022 and I gained a lot of weight. kindly suggest whether I can do physical exercises now to loose my extra pounds.

A. as it's 5 momth pass c section. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months post c section.
