hi do mera csection hua hai 2 month ho gae.ye 3th chalu hai kya mai exercise kar sakte hi..please batae..mera wait bahot badh gaya hai..75 kg hai mera wait..aur aap bhi salah dijiye wait loss k liye kya kya aur kabse karna chahiyr

A. c section se delivery hui hai to aap 4-6months start kr skte hai as you feel healed up.. give a slow start as first brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise. take care of diet.. restrict sugar and sweet.. intake..
