yes you may use
but it is not that much effective so instead of spending money on this ,I would suggest to prefer natural ways.
I mean ,you should start doing low impact exercises .
you can do abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, swimming etc
or yogasana , pranayam etc.
make dietary changes like take green leafy vegetables, fruits more in your diet.
take small bowl of salad in breakfast.
go for daily walk.
