hi,can I hv apple cider vinegar as I'm a mother of 1+ yr baby n I breastfeed him ,so is it safe to have ACV during breastfeeding

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem your baby is more than one year of age we can use it Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Hello If you want you can have it because your child is not completely dependent on your breast feeding but sometimes when you have apple cider vinegar with the taste of the mill can change because I’ve read a couple of queries where parents are complaining of the same so you see what you want to do if you are willing to take that risk then you can start having is not an issue
