Hi breast pump my kill use 4hrs window to feed the baby in room temperature if I had to refrigerate it should I reheat the milk(using double boil method)or set it settle at room temperature kindly advise

A. Double boiler is definitely good a lot of people use microwave also but I would suggest to use a double boiler that is definitely a better choice you should not leave it on a room temperature for very long time after you take it out from the refrigerator
