Hi, am taking Canrose D3 (60000 IU) weekly once & Calfirm k27 once daily is it good while breastfeeding?

A. yes it's fine and hope you are taking it under your doctor's prescription also for the healthy milk supply Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
