My vitamin d3 is 35 and iam 5 weeks pregnant, doctor prescribed me d3 60000 iu weekly once for a month. Is it safe to take such heavy dose in pregnancy or should I go for daily dose of 4000iu?

If it was not saved in the Dr would have never advised you to take it you have to take this vitamin D because vitamin D is extremely important in the body of the child during the time of pregnancy because otherwise you can suffer with different issues so please follow with your doctors advice
