can i take vitamin d3 of 60000 iu while breast feeding?

A. generally if the deficiency of vitamin D is very severe then you can take this quantity of vitamin D there is no problem in feeding the baby even after taking this much of vitamin

A. If Your doctor has advised you to go for this high dosage of calcium then only you take it otherwise not because for initial six months after your delivery your gyn only advise you see the kind of dosage you should be taking for any supplement that has been prescribed to you
