hi am a mother of 6 months old baby can i eat ice creams occassionally or drink cold beverages like cold cocoa or milkshakes? will it cause any harm if i breastfeed my baby?? its been long i havent eat anythng cold but am cravings for it could you please help me answer my question

Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...
