Darakhshan HashimMom of a 3 yr 5 m old girl2 years agoA. Every body is different so is the time for proper healing. I was allowed to ride scooty and do cardio by my doc after 3 months of the surgery. Therefore it's only you who can understand your body and it's strength. 3 months is a good time to start normal if you have been taking proper rest all this while.
