Q.
Hi all.. it's 179 days I have delivered baby via C Sec. Incision site is good no issues but my lower abdomen pains when I touch and is sore and numb. Also I am having hard belly around my belly button and is an outie. Using abdominal belt after a month of C section but still have baby pooch with an outie belly button looks like I am still pregnant and my mensuration cycle is not start till now what should I do I am feeling helpless

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. You may not get your cycles even up to 6 to 12 months and that is normal. As far as the numbness is concerned a slight numbness will be there around the Scar area as the nerves take longer to heal. Also get yourself checked out for any umbilical hernia.
