hey i have some cold and cough iam breastfeeding mother of 4 month child should i take medicine paracetamol crosin advance

A. Yes. You can safely take paracetamol and even cetzine which is an anti allergic. No harm to your baby because these medici se are equally safe for them. Also maintain hygiene and preferably wear mask while handling your baby so that you don’t pass on infection.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you can take Crocin. Please take steam twice a day. You can rub eucalyptus oil on your forehead nose and chest. Please take Patanjali Shavasari syrup in lukewarm water. Also take honey in lukewarm water throughout the day. You can also drink turmeric milk which is beneficial during cold. Drink Shaadmani Herbal green tea which is also good for cough and cold. Thanks and take care
