Q.
Iam a breastfeeding mother and I have gargled with betadine.is there a problem with it. Also is taking Crosin for fever, safe during breastfeeding.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it's okay.. no worries with betadin gargle n paracetamol.. can continue with breast feeding. it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby

Yes Both the things are absolutely safe with betadine liquid is supposed to be very good for gargle if you’re using it then that’s good and if you are taking a medicine for fever that’s the safest want to go for even in pregnancy that’s absolutely fine if you’re having a during breastfeeding
