Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. t-minic drops yih cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose

Sinarist and brozeet both can be given to the child the previous one is for cold and allergies the second one is for cough so you can go ahead with giving these medicines to the child for minimum three and maximum five days along with that you can nebuliser and also give steam to the child
