Sinarist You can take this tablet two times in a day it’s very good it’s an anti allergy other than that for a cough an hour you can always ask your doctor for the best medicine to go for which you can consume when you are breastfeeding the child otherwise if you know any medicine which would be safe you can go ahead with that
