Maam don’t be in a hurry to lose all the weight this is everybody just wants to know down the world but you do not understand that you have lost a lot from your body while delivering a child if you go on a diet don’t eat well and don’t take care of yourself then in the longer run for the growth of your age and faced so many problems that you cannot even imagine right now eat well and feed well that’s what you should be working upon rest that you can do once you quit breastfeeding the child completely and also after that you can go ahead with any kind of workout but right now please focus on your health and eating well because the child is completely dependent on you
