Q.

Hey i delivered my baby on 5th sep and today is 17th sep can i eat non veg biryani and any type of chicken prepared at home??? Is it safe for my baby??

A. Good to avoid, Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, buttermilk coconut water.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much in my opinion and personal experience please avoid to take biryani at this time and you should start after three months and use less spices in your food too. take care
