Hey everyone, I’m trying to reduce my sugar intake and read that dried dates can be a natural sweetener. Do any of you use them for this purpose? How do they compare to refined sugar in terms of taste and health benefits? Are there any brands you prefer for quality and freshness?

A. Namaste Mom Though the worst been refined white sugar as it contains nothing than empty calories, but dates on other hand is high in sugar but it also contains other benefical nutrients

A. Yes you are right you can try eat anytime dry dates it's completely natural sweetness, healthy and tasty too.

A. yes I use the EAT Anytime dry dates and they are very tasty and healthy....they hv no added sugar and preservatives also
