hello, i am giving small dates puree to my 7month baby but got to know that it contains lot of natural sugar and should be started after a year. please guide me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. you may give dates after 8 month of age. Start with one date along with other fruits It can be mashed with other fruits or steamed. all the best
