Hey Doctor, I am desperately want to do breastfeed my daughter but due to low lactation I can’t. Initially 2 months I have enough breast milk but afterwards it started reducing. My delivery was C-Section. Please help me with my concern.

mam,you should offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced .
but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
take healthy food items like Fennel seeds,jeera water, drumsticks soup ,spinach soup ,nuts etc
which are believed to help in this.
there are lactare tablets available in the market,you can also take them.
