ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you avoid too much variety ok you. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
