NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello since the child is teething the fever can be due to that and you can give paracetamol and also massage your bay gums using a soft clean cloth and also you can give orthodontic soother from Babyhug which can help baby get releif from the pain n fever
