hello why my son of 7 month 2 week getting.constipated.ispiyemof giving fiber food n water . please suggest

A. Feed the baby well at the time of sleeping and also give fruits like pear papaya prunes or prune juice and leafy vegetables and in liquids give coconut water homemade juices water abd massage tummy in clockwise direction around the navel abd cycling motion of legs and give tummy time
