#AskTheExpert my 15 month toddler is constipated even after giving stool softener, lots of water and fiber rich food. what to do now? pls suggest.

A. the doctor said to avoid banana. what to do now?

A. Hi try this give your kid lukewarm water every morning and it's good to give warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
