A. Initially start woth only few sips of water throughout the day and gice semi solid foods like mashed banana ragi porridge rice porridge suji upma kheer steamed apple and introduce one food at a time

A. Hello ma’am A child can have as much water as a child likes to have because initially it is very tough for a child to accept the taste of water so it is recommended to give water to your child every 30 to 40 minutes like two or 3 teaspoons to slowly develop the taste of water
