hello sir or mad I'm 32 years old with 2 children.. I have sever lower back pain from past one year actually my 2nd child is 19 months old.. I'm not able to stand for 30mts and work even can't sit without wall support please help me

A. This needs evaluation so it would be better to follow the local doctor for proper advice and doctor will guide you accordingly regarding this which would be more bgeneficfial so you can follow the advice
