Hello sir..my son is 4.4 he only asks things doesn’t communicate in sentences neither form stories etc he is hyperactive also i m very worried what to do

A. good evening definitely by the time your baby should be able to communicate properly I would recommend you to try to keep communicating and small sentences to your child so that he is able to repeat
