hello sir my four month old son every time motion is in water content.is this cold or any other reason. please explain

A. Hello ma’am Watery motion is quite common with the child but if it is like a loose motion and it is happening frequently then it would be better to consult your paediatrician ones because without proper check up you cannot come to know what is the reason behind it and no medication can be suggested so would advise you to consult your doctor
