hello sir.. my daughter is 9month old of weight 9.6 kg. she is having cold since last 3 days .Her pediatrician referred alerid of 2.5ml OD but cold is still in same level. what to be done ?

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarestf will help also give stteam inhalation and hot saline gargles .
