hello sir my baby is 8m old. from 3months itself he is affected by cold .we consult the doctor for every month .there is no improvement.still now my baby suffring from fever and cold.what can I do for cure the cold.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid cold climate n cold winds, Steam is the first thing you should try in case of cold & cough. gi e indirect steam 3 to 4 times a day, use baby vicks. Roast the Ajwain n rock salt and take a soft muslin cloth and make a potli .. when warm apply gently on chest and back for chest congestion.

this type of cold might be allergic.
so please check for this
keep your child well hydrated
gently rub onion slices on chest,back and sole of your child.
it will definitely help to cure such infection.
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
