hello sir meri beti 4 year 11 month ki hai usko 3 din se fever aa raha tha maine use calpol or solvein cold di thi jisse use aaram lag gaya hai but ab use gale me kuch chubb raha hai (gad raha hai)kya ap koi medicine bata sakte hai use pani pine ya kuch bhi khane me gale me kuch atak raha hai
