Hello Sir/Madam, My wife is pregnant for 30 weeks now. The cervix length is 2.8cms ( constant from 3rd month scan till now) and Internal OS is closed. Is 2.8cm shorter? What all the precautions to be taken.

As long as the length is more than 2.5 cm you have nothing to worry about but if there is a history of cervical incompetence previously then rest as much as possible and avoiding any activity that we put pressure on the abdomen and also avoiding intercourse will helpWrite Your Answer Here
