Hello sir/ma'am my girl 1y.6m old, which is the best salt, ghee/oil for making khichri please name the brand...and do we give all types food which we eat like meat juice,fish ?

use packaged iodized salt , any brand of packaged ghee with proper labelling
switch between oils like groundnut and mustard
