Hello sir, Is it safe to have Dabur Chyavanprash during breastfeeding..? My baby is 4 months old and is completely on breastfeeding.. Pls suggest.. If yes, when and how much should I take?

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
