Q.

Hello sir, I am in my 19th week of pregnancy, my tsh is increases it is 6.29 ...what to do to maintain tsh...and does it cause any effects on pregnancy...please suggest ...my gynac said to take 50mg two days and 25mg daily....is it okay?? #AskTheExpert

A. hello Moumita completely normal to see the changes in the thyroid level during the pregnancy in many cases it has been seen that after the delivery you will cure from the thyroid completely not all the time but in few cases it has been seen you should keep on taking the medicine and if possible do yoga like deep breathing
