Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है।
बच्चे को साधारण गर्म पानी पिलाआइए dऔर गर्म दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससे नाक की सर्दी और गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी।e
सिरप मैक्स्ट्रा 2.5 ml दिन में दो से तीन बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानी और साधारण खासी में कमी आएगी।
बच्चे को अदरकd तुलसी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकती है।

You can put nasal drops into the news of your child as per requirement and also you can give steam to the child indirectly at least two times or three times in the day depending upon the congestion further more you can talk to your doctor as they can help you with an appropriate medicine that you can go ahead with giving to the child as of now
