No you should not after you have a normal delivery after two months to 3 months once you feel completely fit your stitches are healed completely you can go ahead with basic yoga Dhoondo regressive exercises as of now all the things you can start after completing the time of six months and do not do any dietary alterations otherwise your breast feeding is going to get affected
