A. try yo eat a high protein diet. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc please take daily sun light exposure please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
