after delivery why knee pain elbow pain joint pain started also stitches pain occur still after 4 month... worried about my health

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies so you must take Healthy and nutritious diet. take nuts , dry fruits,dairy products etc in your diet. avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day take enough sleep don't sit or stand for long period.
