Hi mom How can we tell without LMP You have to consult your doctor in person For proper medical examination Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder Take a good care of your baby Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hydration Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice
