Hello...my son's haemoglobin level is 9.3. Can anyone plz help me with foods that are great source of iron? plz help

A. Dear mum, If non veg then give organ meat, fish, poultry. Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens. Beet root, sitaphal. Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight. In grains Bajra, poha is good. Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses.
