#AskTheExpert My son haemoglobin level is 9.8, doctor can you please suggest good food for increasing Iron levels and Haemoglobin levels

A. you should give dates lentils leafy green vegetables that are rich source of iron and also will provide fibre to prevent constipation and also vitamin c is necessary for absorption of iron
