hello my son is having dry dandruff What could be the reason n which shampoo should I use to get rid of this

Dandruff could be due to multiple reasons it could be due to the product you are using sometimes it is due to dry and dirt into the weather sometimes it could be allergy which looks like dandruff but it is it may be a scalp related allergy called Solaris so best to consult a dermatologist once
