Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If you are talking about your baby, it might not be dandruff but it is called cradle cap. Use a soft bristled brush to gently brush your baby's scalp. Then use a mild shampoo to wash your baby's hair. The shampoo should be unscented and made of natural ingredients. If it is dandruff, consult with your baby's doctor and let him properly examine the baby's scalp and then he can suggest medicated shampoo accordingly. Use products like coconut oil, aloe Vera, or even butter to alleviate any inflammation and irritation of the skin. Talk to a pediatric dermatologist regarding this.
