hello, my son is 25 months old, but speak very less,. around 25-30 words only... ,. we keep reciting again again to speak other words, but he didn't. whole day keep on speaking his own language which we don't understand. otherwise he is active, he recognises all fruits, colors,. do all actions if I recite poem. should I consult a speech therapist ???
