Q.
Hello... My daughter is going to complete her 8 years... earlier she is very active and sharp. these days she is addicted to mobile... not concentrating on her studies... if she is interested she will play and dance otherwise she will sit like an ideal .. she will not be interested in homework and I have tried to make her to involve in reading books ... please suggest me how to be control my anger π€¬ and to be patience π

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give some of multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth
