Hello my daughter is 10months old.Is it normal for a child to keep screaming and making sounds all the time???

A. When the child is having some trouble some problem or something with your child is unable to express the scream and that is completely normal because that is how you are going to take up a notice of the situation that is there and that is very common and normal to try to figure out what’s the issue
